Quick, very simple to make and super tasty, this easy Beef Mince Curry is ready in under 30 minutes! Then just add a few side dishes and you've got the perfect meal for busy weeknights!
Beef mince curry is one of my favourite curries to make and it's one the family really LOVE!
I'm always guaranteed empty plates when I make keema mince.
I usually serve this with plain boiled basmati rice, mini garlic and coriander naan breads, poppadoms, homemade Indian mint sauce and some tangy mango chutney to throw on the side.
You can use whichever curry paste you like, choose a nice mild one like Tikka or Korma if the kids don't like curry too spicy.
I use Pataks Rogan Josh paste, it just works so well with minced beef.
You'll only need a handful of ingredients to make this delicious minced beef curry. And you'll just LOVE how easy it is to cook! A really quick dinner recipe that's great for busy days.
